We handle the full setup and styling, so you can simply arrive, relax, and enjoy the moment. Once your picnic is over, we'll return to pack everything down.
Your picnic includes:

✔ A 4-hour picnic experience from your selected start time.
✔ Setup and pack down by our team.
✔ Travel within 20km of Southport included.
✔ Available at private residences and selected public locations across the Gold Coast.
✔Complimentary blankets available during colder weather for a cozy date.
*If you'd like extra time, extensions can be arranged in advance.
**Pop-Up Picnics are available up to 30km from Southport. A $20 travel fee applies to locations between 20–30km and will be confirmed after booking.
***For public park bookings, council permits and fees may apply. Any applicable council fees and travel charges will be confirmed after your booking is received. Please visit our Locations & Permits page for more information.
****For last-minute bookings or sunrise picnics, please contact us via WhatsApp to check availability.
*****A refundable $100 security bond applies to all picnic bookings and must be paid at least 24 hours before your event. Bond payment details will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
